What exactly will I receive?

How long does it take?
Most reports are ready within 1 business day. You can check your status at any time using the link shown after payment.
Is this a loan application?
No. This is a credit report request, not a loan application. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Nothing here submits an application to a lender.
Will this affect my credit score?
Requesting your own report is for your personal review. This service does not submit a loan application or a lender inquiry on your behalf.
What if you cannot produce my report?
If we are unable to prepare your report, contact us and we will make it right — including a refund where the report cannot be delivered. See our Refund Policy.
How is my Social Security Number protected?
